Appointed to do a full refurbishment of a prominent apartment block on Deansgate, Manchester, including all communal spaces and the fit out of 14no. apartments.

The brief was to create a space for longevity to ensure that the owner could create revenue through renting the apartments out with minimal maintenance.

We designed a modern and ‘clean’ space with high end furnishings to suit the buildings location. Adding little details in such as pin spotlights underneath the kitchen units, and handle-less cabinet doors offered a clean line, cutting edge modern space that would be a timeless classic to suit most tastes.
