GREENMOUNT

An independent residential property that was in need of modernisation that had great potential. We were assigned to turn this tired property into something spectacular. Adding a slight extension to the front of the property to form a more prominent entrance we went on to create a double storey extension to the side elevation and a large single storey extension to the rear of the property.

Transforming the layout inside the owners ended up with a considerable living space and a large open plan kitchen diner, with bifolding doors opening out onto the newly landscaped garden. The colours and finishes to the internal were classics that ooze sophistication and elegance. The external elevations were rendered and painted, transforming a red brick building into a modern desirable property.
