DV8 Designs obtained planning consent for the remodeling and extension of an existing 4-bedroom property situated in a quiet residential area of Appleton Thorn, on the outskirts of Warrington in Cheshire.
The remodelling and extension of the dwelling provides an improved and more accessible living space comprising of kitchen/family room, dining room, lounge, and media room. As well as a much need utility and cloaks. The layout of the ground floor makes the most of the garden aspect utilising large fold back doors to the rear of the property encouraging the interaction between the ground floor living space and garden to flow more freely than at present.
At first floor the accommodation is much more spacious, with en-suite provision to four of the six bedrooms, and the existing main bathroom servicing the other two.
DV8 have since completed a building regulations application and an interior design scheme for the property, which is due to commence on site in Spring 2010.
