DV8 Designs were commissioned to design the extension of a prestigious 5-bedroom property in the village of Woolton on the outskirts of Liverpool. The large extension comprises of games room, pool hall and new orangery at ground floor level, and at first floor, the entire floor plan has been remodelled to provide 5 double bedrooms, all with luxury dressing room and ensuite facilities.
The luxury pool is 8 metres long x 4 metres wide and has been designed and finished to a high quality, with male and female changing areas adjacent. The pool hall comprises of French doors to both sides, to open out onto the garden areas.
