DV8 Designs have been appointed by GGM Properties once again, to bring to life the vision of a new venture - MBOSS - Mason Boler Office & Social Space, Egerton Place, Knutsford, Cheshire is the second project for this ambitious company. Formerly named Marshall House this iconic old school building is to be transformed into a desirable new social and event destination for the celebrated Cheshire set.
Works include extending the building to ensure that the venue allows for flexibility for multiple events, introducing a new staircase to elevate to an open space.
A new bar will be formed and the buildings existing features and charm will be retained and enhanced within the design.
Externally the grounds are to be formed into a photographic landscape to improve the overall presence and cement it firmly as a venue for shared memories and experiences.
