It was a pleasure to hand over the family owned, countryside pub and kitchen, The Spread Eagle at Mellor, Blackburn recently.
With a prime, elevated location overlooking the Ribble Valley, we transformed an underused external space into the most beautiful outside dining venue, really hitting the sweet spot of maximising on those views, with the beautiful design features of external zoning spaces, feature walls, helping to make this venue so much more than a pub eatery.
