DV8 Designs have transformed this historic five-storey, Grade II listed building on Castle Street to create an immersive experience that includes three Gin Labs, a Dark Spirits Bar and a Bartender School as well as a ground floor bar which is home to a striking 600 litre copper still which is used to produce Liverpool Gin on site.
