The DV8 Commercial Design team were appointed once again by Sefton Council to create a market leading, aesthetically attractive and energy efficient multi use venue designed to rejuvenate the destination, drive footfall and attract new audiences.
The Lake House in Waterloo now features 14 mixed use bedrooms, four conference and event suites, a restaurant with panoramic views of the lake - the perfect sundowner spot - and a café that sits alongside the leisure facilities at Crosby Lakeside Adventure Centre. DV8’s award winning commercial team successfully designed a space that is now a hub of social activity for the local community, and a welcome place for travellers.
Design inspiration for this project was taken from the surrounding landscape and featured a simple, stripped back approach with natural materials that are sympathetic to the environment.
